# Title: Bordallo Pinheiro

## Description: Bordallo Pinheiro is one of Portugal's most storied ceramic houses - founded in 1884 when painter and cartoonist Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro began producing glazed pottery in Caldas da Rainha alongside his younger brother. More than 140 years on, hundreds of the original moulds are still stored in the factory and continue to shape today's production, which is a lovely bit of history to bring to your table. At Tea Pea we stock a beautifully curated edit of the Maria Flor floral collection - sculpted relief dessert plates, bowls, fruit plates, platters, charger plates and showstopping centrepieces, each shaped and painted in Dahlia, Daisy, Geranium and Cosmos motifs - plus the iconic Cabbage Ceramic Bowl, a Bordallo Pinheiro signature. These are pieces designed to mix, stack and gather around - equal parts everyday and occasion. Shipping is free on urban NZ orders over $150.
