# Title: Laing

## Description: In a world of fast fashion, Laing offers something different: clothing designed to remain relevant for decades. Founded in 2015 by Anna Murray, the New Zealand brand began with premium sleepwear after Anna acquired the business from 83-year-old Barbara Laing, who taught her the tricks of the trade after 25 years of making and importing sleepwear. From those beginnings, Laing has grown into a beloved ready-to-wear label, with comfort and beautiful fabrics still at the heart of every piece. Anna's approach asks a simple question of every piece she designs: "Will this still feel current in five years?" The result is a thoughtfully considered collection of timeless silhouettes in sophisticated colour palettes, from versatile Grade A Mongolian cashmere crews to perfectly cut wide-leg trousers, elegant sleepwear, and wardrobe essentials. Laing is the kind of quiet luxury that whispers rather than shouts. At Tea Pea, we're proud to stock Laing for premium, long-lasting pieces that transcend the seasons. Shop in-store at our two Wellington locations or online, with free urban NZ shipping over $150.
