Our physical stores are now closed until further notice.
We are open online. Orders placed will be shipped as soon we are able to.
Our communications will be slower through this time.
Scott and I want to extend our love and thoughts to those affected by this virus and all the people, businesses and industries impacted by it. And our admiration to those working tirelessly to care for the sick and control Covid-19.
Seeing our community, our country, step up and understand that this is about each and every one of us doing our bit is wonderful.
We are both naturally optimistic people and know that this will end, but right now we are in turbulent times.
Our focus is on the well-being and safety of our team, our customers and our community.
Here’s the practical steps we’ve taken to keep you safe.
All our staff are in good health and have not recently travelled overseas.
To maintain our stores and office as healthy environments we ask if anyone is feeling unwell or returned from overseas after 5th March, to visit us online instead of in store, as in keeping with Ministry of Health guidelines, for the two-week isolation period.
We are aware of the distance advised between people and will adhere if the customer is practicing this.
Shop in store with confidence.
It goes without saying but we’ve increased our already high level of cleaning.
All touch points are regularly sanitised throughout the day and in many areas with each use, including the eftpos machine.
Our team have strict hand washing and sanitising in place. Our office and online dispatch follow these same cleaning procedures.
This information is up to date. As it’s a changing situation, we are monitoring closely and updating regularly. We are taking direction from the Ministry of Health.
Together, we will get through this.
