Fizz chemistry
In a dry environment, nothing happens. When water is added to the mix, things get fizzy. Citric acid and sodium bicarbonate burst on the watery scene, releasing carbon dioxide (aka happy bath balls) These two friendly ingredients are totally biodegradable and non toxic: sodium bicarbonate has awesome cosmetic properties and its natural fellow citric acid can be found mainly in lemons.

Two French guys creating a nail polish brand in 2012 - Why not? Boris and Lilian know nail polish like the back of their hands (pun intended). At Nailmatic, they work hard, but don’t take themselves too seriously. More than a start-up, the NailmaTeam is a state of mind. They are perfectionists. Their nail polishes and their ingredients are not tested on animals and their team include Isabelle, who directs their work on colour, because nail polish is a complex product. As an experienced creative makeup director, she has worked with the big names in beauty (such as Clarins, Chanel, Lancôme and Dior).
