This is their most popular bar at the farmer's markets. Fine 70% Cacao dark couverture chocolate poured over marshmallows, toasted coconut, finished with a sprinkling of raspberries. Tasting is velvety smooth up front with a sweet middle and the raspberries come through for a tangy finish. The feel is a snap, or snap and rip if you hit a marshmallow payload.

The chocolate, coconut and raspberries are 100% natural with no preservatives.

The 3 things that they really care about the most when developing and delivering this remarkable chocolate is sustainability, design and high-quality outstanding taste experience.

Their organic chocolate is crafted from single-origin cacao beans grown by cacao farmers in Peru. These guys plant, grow and harvest what must surely be some of the finest cacao beans available on the planet. Their organic chocolate has gained an independent organic certification. This means that the cacao beans are grown and harvested using sustainable farming practices. No pesticides or insecticides are used. Soil regeneration programmes ensure crops are managed so annual harvests produce high-quality beans year after year. It is mission-critical to us that the farmers are paid a fair trade premium for their beans – which they are. Also, the men and women in the farming collective are paid equally for their labour, which is how it should be. There is no forced child labour, a practice that is disturbingly common in other cacao growing regions. Additionally, as part of a development initiative, the farmers are paid in advance for their cropsenabling them to invest in equipment and replanting to grow their businesses for the next season.
