This is a very special bar indeed. To collect these cacao beans, Gabe and Rochelle from the Wellington Chocolate Factory sailed 10,000 miles - along with their crew - in a traditional pacific voyaging canoe, all the way to Papau New Guinea and back. The project was funded by a Kickstarter Project and the whole trip took almost two months to complete. The result is this beautiful Bougainville Bar, created with zero emissions.

Tasting notes: raisins and port with a hint of fresh tobacco.

Origins: Mackiwi Plantation, Trinitario cacao beans. Paraguay Manduvira Co-operative turbinated cane sugar.
