“I practice being grateful,’ Winfrey said. And a lot of people say, 'Oh Oprah, that's easy for you 'cause you got everything!’. On the contrary, Winfrey argued: ‘I got everything because I practised being grateful.’” Oprah

Every single day, Oprah takes the time to write in her gratitude journal. In her lifetime she has filled countless journals.

This journal simply titled “Gratitude” has been created so you can write about all the moments of gratitude you find in your every day.

“Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.” Oprah

Write down 5 things that you are grateful for every day. One good feeling increases more good feeling. I am grateful for waking up this morning. I am grateful for the sunshine on my face. Focus on what you have, not what you don’t have. You have to physically write them down because there is power in the words.

“Being grateful for the little things can eventually change the way you view your day, your life, and yourself.” Oprah

Write to Me began in 2009 with $400 and two sisters. An Art Director and Account Manager coming together to create a handmade journal business with a vision to one day be able to produce a range of linen covered journals in beautiful colours and classic embossed titles.  The inspiration to create their products came from two places. They both left home within four weeks of each other, and their mother gifted them with their baby journals and family recipe books that she had put together for them. This made them very sentimental and really bought home the importance of handwriting and documenting their lives. They worked tirelessly for the best part of 5 years to build their business, hand-making journals and one by one sent their books off to print to achieve their linen-covered goals.
