These rings come in sizes 6, 7 and 8. To find the best fit for you, measure your finger to find the best match as follows: 
• Wrap a piece of paper or string around your finger. 
• Mark the point where the 2 ends meet and this gives you your finger circumference.

Choose size 6 if your circumference is closest to 52mm 
Choose size 7 if your circumference is closest to 54.5mm 
Choose size 8 if your circumference is closest to 57.5mm.
