Delivery & Exchanges


DELIVERY
• We ship daily Worldwide. Most New Zealand orders will be delivered within 1-3 days. In December, please allow for longer shipping times.
• International delivery times will be 3-15 days. Details below. We will email you if there is going to be a delay.
• Click and Collect is available and is a free service. Select the store you wish to collect from at checkout.

New Zealand - Free urban delivery with orders over $95 (some exclusions for large or heavy items).

New Zealand
Free delivery to urban addresses on orders over $95.
Flat rate for urban addresses on orders under $95 - $7 nationwide.
Flat rate for rural addresses - $14 nationwide.
North Island urban 1-2 days.
South Island urban 2-4 days.
Rural, Waiheke Island 3-6 days.

Australia
Flat rate - $50 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
Urban 5-9 day delivery.
Rural 7-9 day delivery.

Asia
Flat rate $80 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
7-9 day delivery.

Pacific Islands
Flat rate $60 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
7-10 day delivery.

North America & Canada
Flat rate $65 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
7-9 day delivery.

UK & Europe
Flat rate $75 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
7-12 day delivery.

Rest of the World
Flat rate $95 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
7-16 day delivery.

All shipments are tracked and this tracking is emailed to you at time of despatch.

Exclusions
• Our free urban delivery offer is valid for full priced items only.
• Some items are excluded from our free urban delivery offer due to their size or weight. This is normally mentioned in the product description. In these instances, we will be in touch with the freight cost.
• In regard to delivery times, the weather, strikes and other unforeseen circumstances may delay shipments. Remember to take into account statutory holidays and weekends.
• Christmas is a busy time and we may experience delays through December. As before, we will be in contact if any delays occur. In regard to international shipments, Tea Pea is not responsible for any local taxes or duties.

Earrings - Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact us within our return window of 5 days if any items arrive are damaged, are not the product you’ve ordered or are faulty. Please know that we will put right any issues immediately and we will either send out a replacement or issue you with a refund if we cannot replace the product. If the order has been placed between 20 and 31 December, the return window is 10 days.

If you decide the product you’ve purchased is not for you, then it will be at the discretion of Tea Pea to issue a store credit or send out a replacement colour or size. In this instance, you will need to return the product to us and once received, we will despatch the replacement product to you. We charge a courier fee of $7 for this.
