• No refunds. • No exchanges (with exception to Apparel & Footwear).• Gift vouchers are excluded. • We do not hold Outlet items. • Outlet items aren't eligible for our Layby or Afterpay. • Gift wrapping is not available on Outlet items. • Existing laybys and pre-orders are not eligible as part of the Outlet. • We cannot guarantee the availability of items in the Outlet and we will contact you as soon as we can, if there is an issue with your order. • Discounts are not available on pre-orders. • New Zealand sales only. We do not ship outlet goods overseas.
