Triumph & Disaster

Triumph & Disaster is a modern-day natural skincare foundry from New Zealand, founded in 2011 by former Black Cap cricketer Dion Nash. After nearly a decade playing professional cricket for New Zealand and a career cut short by injury, Dion turned his attention to skincare, building a brand that combines the best of science with the best of nature. The name itself comes from Kipling's poem "If—", a reminder to treat triumph and disaster equally and just keep moving forward. Triumph & Disaster's philosophy is simple: use naturally derived ingredients, scientifically engineered to actually work. The range blends local indigenous ingredients like Horopito oil and Ponga fern extract with proven naturals from around the globe - clay from Australia, jojoba extract from Mexico and tamanu oil from Polynesia. Everything is clean, ethical and effective, free from synthetic fragrances, colours and parabens.
