After adopting a plant-based diet in 2020 and struggling to find creamy, satisfying dairy-free chocolate, founders Kate and her husband Scott decided to make their own treat-worthy chocolate in Wellington’s Lyall Bay. Their bean-to-bar process starts with ethically sourced cacao beans from biodiverse farms and takes about three days to roast, refine, and transform into smooth cashew milk chocolate and handcrafted caramels, bars, and goodies. Inspired by a historic local amusement park called Wonderland, the brand embraces fun and flavour in every bite - crafting chocolates that are not only plant-based but playful and irresistible for everyone to enjoy.
