OUTLET TERMS & CONDITIONS
• No refunds, unless faulty.
• Exchange or store credit available for online apparel purchases only, not in-store apparel purchases.
• We do not hold Outlet items.
• Outlet items aren't eligible for our Layby or Afterpay.
• Gift wrapping is not available on Outlet items.
• Existing laybys and pre-orders are not eligible as part of the Outlet.
• We cannot guarantee the availability of items in the Outlet and we will contact you as soon as we can, if there is an issue with your order.
• Discounts are not available on pre-orders.
• New Zealand sales only - we do not ship Outlet goods overseas.

• As these items are ordered specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on special orders.
• Full payment is required prior to order confirmation.
TEA PEA IN-STORE LAYBY
• Interest free.
• Minimum $200 spend on full price items only.
• 25% deposit required at time of creating the layby.
• If online payment method is selected, please pay within 24 hours.
• Total amount must be paid 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Goods are collected once final payment is made.
