Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers accepted.

Tea Pea's prices are in New Zealand dollars.

TEA PEA IN-STORE LAYBY
• Interest free.
• Minimum $200 spend on full price items only.
• 25% deposit required at time of creating the layby.
• If online payment method is selected, please pay within 24 hours.
• Total amount must be paid 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Goods are collected once final payment is made.

OUTLET
• No refunds.
• No exchanges (with exception to Apparel & Footwear).
• Gift vouchers are excluded.
• We do not hold Outlet items.
• Outlet items aren't eligible for our Layby or Afterpay.
• Gift wrapping is not available on Outlet items.
• Existing laybys and pre-orders are not eligible as part of the Outlet.
• We cannot guarantee the availability of items in the Outlet and we will contact you
as soon as we can, if there is an issue with your order.
• Discounts are not available on pre-orders.
• New Zealand sales only. We do not ship outlet goods overseas.

DELIVERY
We ship daily. Orders placed before 9am will be dispatched same day (a few exceptions here).
Click and Collect is available for both Wellington stores. An email or text will be sent when the item is ready for collection.

Courier Costs & Times
Free urban delivery with orders over $95.
(some exclusions for large or heavy items).

New Zealand
Flat rate for urban addresses on orders under $95 - $7 nationwide.
Flat rate for rural addresses - $14 nationwide.
North Island urban 1-2 days.
South Island urban 2-4 days.
Rural, Waiheke Island 3-6 days.

Australia
Flat rate - $50 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
Urban 5-9 day delivery.
Rural 7-9 day delivery.

Rest of the World
$60 - $95 (large or heavy items may incur a surcharge).
5-15 day delivery.

All shipments are tracked and this tracking is emailed to you at time of dispatch.

Note
• Our free urban delivery offer is valid for full priced items only.
• Some items are excluded from our free urban delivery offer due to their size or weight. This is normally mentioned in the product description. In these instances, we will be in touch with the freight cost.
• In regard to delivery times, the weather, strikes and other unforeseen circumstances may delay shipments. Remember to take into account statutory holidays and weekends.
• Christmas is a busy time and we may experience delays through December.
• In regard to international shipments, Tea Pea is not responsible for any local taxes or duties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - GENERAL
We carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact us within our return window of 5 days if any items arrive are damaged, are not the product you’ve ordered or are faulty. Please know that we will put right any issues immediately and we will either send out a replacement or issue you with a refund if we cannot replace the product. If the order has been placed between 20 and 31 December, the return window is 10 days.

If you decide the product you’ve purchased is not for you, then it will be at the discretion of Tea Pea to issue a store credit or send out a replacement colour or size. In this instance, you will need to return the product to us and once received, we will despatch the replacement product to you. We charge a courier fee of $7 for this. This applies to full price items only. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted goods. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - APPAREL & FOOTWEAR
Full price - Refund or exchange.
Outlet - exchange only.

Step 1
Within 5 days of receiving your parcel, email us online@teapea.co.nz for a return authority. Goods will not be accepted back without this confirmation.

Step 2
Within 7 days, return the item via courier to our HQ address; 35A Box Hill, Khandallah, Wellington 6035. Or drop back into one of our stores in new condition with all tags still attached.

Note
We can hold a different size for an exchange until your item is received.
Full price items only can be returned. 
Store credit will be processed in store immediately. Refunds will be 1-2 days to process.
A courier fee of $7 urban or $14 rural will be charged to send your new size. 
If refunded, the refund amount does not include shipping.
If originally sent with free shipping, then $7 is deducted from your refund.

Tea Pea uses cookies on our website to identify your browser and allow our website to recognise you during your visits to our site to improve your browsing and shopping experience. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
