We carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact us within our return window of 5 days if any items arrive are damaged, are not the product you've ordered or are faulty. Please know that we will put right any issues immediately and we will either send out a replacement or issue you with a refund if we cannot replace the product. If the order has been placed between 20 and 31 December, the return window is 10 days.
If you decide the product you've purchased is not for you, then it will be at the discretion of Tea Pea to issue a store credit or send out a replacement colour or size. In this instance, you will need to return the product to us and once received, we will despatch the replacement product to you. We charge a courier fee of $7 for this. This applies to full price items only. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted goods.
