It is a snug, ankle-height boot made using natural, cushioning, cosy double-face sheepskin. A dual-density sole unit with extra cushion EVA delivers a decadent feel-good factor. The slippers make easy wearing and the dual layer outsole allows indoor and outdoor wearing. We pack every order with care - checking, wrapping, and securing each item before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, just let us know within five days of delivery (ten days for orders placed between December 20–31), and we’ll send you a replacement or refund.
Should you simply change your mind, you’re welcome to return full-price items for an exchange or store credit. Once we receive your returned item (you’ll need to cover the $7 return courier fee), we’ll dispatch your replacement or issue credit. Please note that sale or discounted goods are final sale and not eligible for return.
