Frank was founded in 2012 by Jason and Jess Holdaway with a simple but powerful mission: to make a difference through beautifully designed, purpose-driven stationery. After watching a documentary on child poverty in New Zealand and discovering that thousands of Kiwi kids attend school without basic supplies like exercise books, Jason and Jess combined his business mind with her creative eye to launch Frank, a give-back brand with real impact. For every Frank purchase, a schoolbook is donated to a child in need, with partnerships focused on low-decile schools across Aotearoa. The range spans notebooks, diaries, planners, pens and pencils, pencil cases, and backpacks, each designed to encourage authenticity, intentional living, and meaningful everyday impact.
