Judi Lapsley Miller is a Wellington wildlife artist lucky enough to live in one of the few cities in the world where native birdlife is booming. Her work begins with watching and photographing birds in the wild, then blending and painting those photographs into something new - some pieces almost photographic, others richly painterly. Expect gorgeous, moody and joyful portraits of tūī, kākā, pīwakawaka, ruru and friends, with her art held in private collections around the world.
