Care
Exterior: Remove dirt with a soft cloth or brush. For stubborn grime, use warm water mixed with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals to prevent damage to the natural rubber.
Neoprene Lining: Clean gently with a cloth dampened in warm water and mild soap. Baby wipes can also be effective for quick clean-ups.
Drying: Air-dry your boots away from direct heat sources like heaters or sunlight to prevent the rubber from cracking or fading.

We pack every order with care - checking, wrapping, and securing each item before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, just let us know within five days of delivery (ten days for orders placed between December 20–31), and we’ll send you a replacement or refund.
Should you simply change your mind, you’re welcome to return full-price items for an exchange or store credit. Once we receive your returned item (you’ll need to cover the $7 return courier fee), we’ll dispatch your replacement or issue credit. Please note that sale or discounted goods are final sale and not eligible for return.
